The biotinylated MBP substrate is supplied in this kit (MAP Kinase SPA Assay, code RPNQ0200) as 25µM biotinylated MBP in a 10X kinase reaction buffer (500mM MOPS pH7.2, 10µM ATP, 50mM MgCl₂) and can be purchased separately. It can be obtained at a 25µM concentration in 2.5 or 10mL volume (ordering code RPNQ0201 -2.5ml or -10ml). Additionally the peptide is available in 1, 10, or 50mL volumes at a 100µM concentration to meet higher throughput needs (ordering code RPNQ0202 - 1mL, -10mL, and -50mL). Requests for other formulations or sizes should be made through your local sales representative as a custom synthesis special order.
