Amersham ECL™ Advance Western Blotting Detection Kit
Technical Information
The ECL Advance Western Blotting Detection System is designed to provide greater sensitivity in experiments involving a low concentration of the protein of interest and limited primary antibody. The intense light output provided by ECL Advance is compatible with low antibody concentrations.
The system contains ECL Advance¾a proprietary, high-performance HRP chemiluminescent substrate¾and the ECL Advance Blocking Reagent, which efficiently controls background while retaining the high level of signal intensity. These features combine to give you the highest sensitivity with the lowest amount of antibody. ECL Advance blocking agent is now available separately.
Each kit contains the following reagents, sufficient for detecting 1000 cm2 membrane:
- ECL Advance Solution A, 50 ml
- ECL Advance Solution B, 50 ml
- ECL Advance Blocking Reagent, 40 g
