HiTrap™ columns

Convenient and reliable columns for fast and easy preparative purifications either alone or connected in series. Prepacked HiTrap columns with Sephadex™ and a wide variety of Sepharose™ High Performance, XL, 4B, Fast Flow, as well as Capto™, MabSelect™, MabSelect Xtra™, and MabSelect SuRe™ media.

Designed for use with a syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system. Polypropylene column material and frits are biocompatible. Available in 1-ml and 5-ml sizes, each including instructions and the connectors necessary for connection to many different system options. Column inlet is molded with 1/16" female threads. Column outlet has 1/16" male threads for direct coupling to ÄKTAdesign™ systems without the need for connectors.
