Typhoon 9400 and Typhoon Trio
Typhoon 9400 and Typhoon Trio provide ultimate resolution and quantitation. The systems provide phosphorimaging, multiplex fluorescence and digitization at any time. Sealed confocal optics and method-driven settings ensure optimal imaging every time.

Typhoon 9400 provides 457/488/532/633 nm excitation and up to 25 µm resolution for gel and blot imaging. Typhoon 9410 adds 10 µm resolution for tissue and array imaging.

Typhoon Trio provides 488/532/633 nm excitation and up to 25 µm resolution for gel and blot imaging. Typhoon Trio+ adds 10 µm resolution for tissue and array imaging.

Typhoon FLA 9000 is a versatile laser scanner with the widest range of imaging modes. The system provides phosphorimaging, multiplex fluorescence and digitization at any time. Flexible upgrades of lasers, filters and detectors extend its use to infrared fluorescence imaging and new applications.

Typhoon FLA 9000 offers 473/532/635 nm excitation and up to 10 µm resolution for gel, blot, tissue and array imaging. The system can be upgraded to 685/785 nm excitation.

Storm
Storm is the economical laboratory standard for quantitative phosphorimaging, ECL™ Plus Westerns, ECL Plex™ multiplex Westerns, and red and blue excited fluorescence in gels and blots.

The Storm 825 model provides phosphorimaging only with up to 50 µm resolution for gel and blot imaging. The Storm 845 model adds blue fluorescence for ECL Plus and nucleic acid dyes, and the Storm 865 model adds multiplex red & blue fluorescence capabilities for ECL Plex multiplex Westerns.

ImageQuant LAS 4000
ImageQuant LAS 4000 and ImageQuant LAS 4010
ImageQuant LAS 4000 is a multipurpose CCD camera system for sensitive and quantitative imaging of blots by chemiluminescence, with standard gel EtBr gel documentation capabilities.

ImageQuant LAS 4000 can be upgraded at any time to UV, IR and RGB fluorescence and illumination for documenting Coomassie Blue and sliver stained gels. ImageQuant LAS 4010 provides UV and RGB fluorescence preinstalled.

ImageQuant TL is high-performance, easy-to-use software package for the quantitative analysis of images from a wide range of biological samples. ImageQuant TL is designed to assist life science researchers in the study of 1-D electrophoretic separations, dot blot, slot blot, microplate, TLC, macroarray, and plaque assays. The software provides tools for accurate quantitation through user-defined signal integration of regions (volume) or using lane profiles and peak analysis (area). ImageQuant TL SecurITy is a high-performance, easy-to-use software package designed to provide an enhanced data security environment for the 1D analysis module in the ImageQuant TL software platform. ImageQuant TL SecurITy is designed for the life sciences laboratory, where the control and traceability of data are necessary. The ImageQuant TL SecurITy software is designed to add security features to the 1D Gel Analysis module, including:

DeCyder 2D – full statistical analysis of 2-D DIGE gels

DeCyder 2D Differential Analysis Software is specifically designed for 2-D Fluorescence Difference Gel Electrophoresis (2-D DIGE) analysis. Unlike any other 2-D electrophoresis technique, DIGE allows the option of reference to an internal standard for each spot, effectively eliminating gel-to-gel variation and delivering the most accurate, reproducible, and dependable quantitation possible. DeCyder 2D applies a gel comparison method that introduces zero statistical error, offering reliable data and analysis for 2-D DIGE experiments.

ImageMaster 2D Platinum Software - flexible 2-D analysis


ImageMaster 2D Platinum is built for comprehensive visualization, exploration, and analysis of 2-D gel data. Developed by the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics in collaboration with GeneBio and GE Healthcare, ImageMaster 2D Platinum is powered by the widely used Melanie gel analysis software.
