Ammonium sulphate precipation

This is the screen where you set up your precipitation parameters. Here, the user has chosen an end concentration of 54%. In this and all other methods, you can select to purify only a fraction of your total protein preparation. This is useful for testing purposes so that not all your enzymes are wasted if something goes wrong.
