Chromatography

This is the main screen of the UNICORN™ software that you use to control the ÄKTA™ system. In the dropdown menu you can select to work with Gel filtration, Hydrophobic Interaction, Affinity Chromatography or Ion exchange. Each method requires you to enter some parameters. Those parameters are method specific and on this screenshot the user has selected and entered the parameters for, Ion Exchange.
