How does it work?
Pre-loaded format
Unlike standard format ELISAs, all the main assay components are supplied lyophilized and pre-loaded on a coated 96-well microplate*. Assays are performed through the simple addition of distilled water to standard wells, or diluted samples to the sample wells. Following the addition of TMB substrate, the reaction is stopped and the colorimetric end point read at 450 nm in a microplate spectrophotometer.
* Each Easy ELISA microplate is supplied with coating antibody and pre-loaded with the following lyophilized components: detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP (if necessary), and sample diluent. |
