PlusOne™ Ethidium Bromide

Ethidium Bromide intercalates with DNA and RNA to form UV-fluorescent complexes. A 50 ng band of double-stranded DNA can be detected with Ethidium Bromide concentrations as low as 0.5 to 1 µg/ml.
