Technical Information
Nucleotides, primers, and single-stranded DNA carried over from PCR reactions are selectively eliminated in a single-tube reaction by heat-labile shrimp alkaline phosphatase and exonuclease I. Remaining double-stranded PCR products can be sequenced directly using the standard Sequenase™ protocol.
