MegaBACE™ Genetic Profiler Software Suite v2.2 delivers a suite of integrated components that will meet the analysis needs for a variety of genotyping applications. Designed to analyze data generated on the MegaBACE™ family of instruments, MegaBACE™ Genetic Profiler v2.2 provides automated, high fidelity allele calling for microsatellite genotyping, and enables such applications as DNA fingerprinting and general fragment analysis.
Users will discover a new level of confidence and control with such features as highly accurate quality scoring, user-tailorable handling of di-, tri-, and tetranucleotide repeat patterns, and sophisticated marker panel editing. Designed for use as a high throughput tool, thoughtful consideration has been put into the generation of analysis reports.
MegaBACE™ Genetic Profiler Software Suite v2.2 comes integrated with MegaBACE™ Genetic Profiler Scorecard™, which provides detailed statistical analysis of runs. Quality metrics may be specified and applied to the analysis of samples, while peak comparison tools allow the user to quickly scan whole projects and view deviations from reference samples.
