Column packing accessories

Column packing accessories are specially designed to the needs of the customer and include packing stations, column conditioning skids and hydraulic controlling units.

Packing stations:
Packing stations are pump skids custom made for efficient column packing. These stations may include custom made pumps, valves and pressure gauges.

Column conditioning skids:
Column conditioning skids can be used for flow conditioning, buffer equilibration and qualification of column packing. The conditioning skid is a simplified process system controlled by UNICORN software and frees up time from the processing system.

Hydraulic controlling unit:
Extra hydraulic pump systems are used to increase pressure during packing of HPLC columns.
