Empty columns
Our chromatography columns offers quality, versatility, precision, and engineering excellence. Combined with an extensive range of media, they provide outstanding performance.
HiScale™ columns are designed to withstand pressures of up to 20 bar (290 psi) and high flow rates, making them compatible with modern BioProcess chromatography media such as MabSelect™ and Capto™.
XK columns are specified to run all media including Superdex™ prep grade and Sepharose™ High Performance media.
C columns are economical and well-proven.
SR columns are solvent-resistant and used for chromatography involving organic eluents.
Tricorn™ empty, high-performance glass columns are ideal for high-performance media such as Sepharose™ High Performance, Superdex™ prep grade, and SOURCE™. When working with capture media such as Capto™, MabSelect™ or Sepharose™ Fast Flow, Tricorn™ Coarse Filter Kit (see Tricorn Empty High-Performance Columns) is recommended to reduce the risk of clogging.
Empty PD-10 columns are economical, plastic columns for single-use applications using gravity flow. These easy to use columns are suitable for a range of applications using Sephadex and Sepharose media.
