Instrument Maintenance Agreements with Labcrew™

Ensure the maximum performance of your GE Life Sciences instrument system with Service Agreements and Preventive Maintenance.

A Service Agreement for your instument system helps to maintain long-term performance and to insure your investment against any unexpected breakdown costs.

With your service agreement you receive:

  • Confidence in your results through regular Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits and part replacements
  • Predictable ownership costs as all repair and maintenance expenses, such as parts, travel and labor, are covered
  • Minimized disruptions with priority response from our trained Labcrew Field Engineers. Accelerated support is available through the Bio InSite software remote control tool
Our Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits are included as part of our Service Agreement but are also available separately, as needed. Preventive Maintenance (PM) is important for keeping your instrument system running in peak condition.

Our PM visits will help you:

  • Ensure the quality of your results through replacement of critical wear parts and extensive testing
  • Minimize downtime to prevent problems before they occur
  • Extend the life of your instrument system through maintenance of critical parts
Additional services available include equipment moves with de-installation and re-installation and compliance products with CFR 21 part 11 compliance and IQ/OQ.
