Superose is a highly cross-linked, agarose-based chromatography medium with high physical and chemical stability and is especially suitable for lab-scale gel filtration applications where broad fractionation ranges are advantageous.
Superose is available in three bead sizes of 10, 13, and 30 μm, and two selectivities, Superose 6 and Superose 12. The smaller bead sizes are optimal for analytical work, while the larger bead sizes are better suited to preparatory work.
