Certificates of Analysis (CofA) are available electronically for chemical products supplied from Uppsala, Sweden, and membrane filtration products supplied from Westborough, MA, USA. The documents can be found by searching by lot number. CofAs issued before August 15, 2000 are available only as paper copies and are provided through your local sales office. This function is limited to chemical products supplied from Uppsala, Sweden, and membrane filtration products supplied from Westborough, MA, USA:

Certificates of Quality for Cross Flow Filtration

Certificates of Quality (CofQ) are certificates detailing Release Criteria and Regulatory Compliance. The documents are available electronically for hollow fiber cartridge filters and flat sheet cassette filters.  CofQs issued before August 1, 2007 are available only as paper copies and are provided through your local sales office.

Certificate of Quality for WAVE Bioreactors

Certificates of Quality (CofQ) are certificates detailing Release Criteria and Regulatory Compliance. The documents are available electronically for WAVE Cellbag bioreactors. Bioreactor Certificates of Compliance issued before November 1, 2008 are available only as paper copies and are provided through your local sales office.

Certificates of Conformance for materials (CofC) are available electronically for spare parts and accessories for process chromatography hardware.  CofC describes the material of construction for components in contact with process stream. Information on USP class VI is given for polymeric materials when applicable. CofCs are issued for the most requested products.
