Inspired by the iris mechanism of the eye, the proprietary optical system of the IN Cell Analyzer 6000 offers researchers high quality cell imaging, across an expansive range of applications.
From cell morphology to 3D structures, the system delivers:
Most confocal HCA systems provide a non-adjustable aperture that is typically optimized for high power objectives. However, mid and low power objectives are often more enabling for high content analysis. The adjustable confocality of IN Cell Analyzer 6000 allows you to vary the confocal aperture width to match each specific imaging condition, enabling an optimal level of confocality no matter which objective or excitation wavelength you require.
Use adjustable confocal mode for wash-free assays, 3-D cell imaging, and elimination of unwanted fluorescent backgrounds – without significant loss of signal.
Additional user-friendly system features:
• Preview scanning.
• Manual microscopy mode.
• Whole-well imaging.
• Temperature and environmental control.
• Liquid handling.
• Transmitted light imaging and slide handling.
Balance speed and image quality with adjustable confocality.
Quick turnaround – reduce non-imaging time with fast precision stages and rapid laser autofocus.
Reduced exposure times – the combined benefits of a highly sensitive camera coupled with laser-based illumination reduce exposure times and increase imaging speeds.
Larger field of view – The scientific-grade CMOS camera has a 4-fold larger field-of-view, compared to standard CCD cameras.
Using the IN Cell Analyzer 6000, scientists can capture statistically robust cellular data with fewer images, each captured at significantly greater speed.
How will the IN Cell Analyzer 6000 cell imaging system perform in your laboratory? See product reviews here.
IN Cell Analyzer 6000 is designed as a sensitive fluorescence imaging system, able to detect weak fluorescence signals that would typically be lost in the noise.
• Powerful lasers for fluorescence excitation
• Low noise scientific grade CMOS camera
• Low light losses in the line confocal optics
Highly uniform laser line illumination and optimized imaging optics also eliminate the need to apply flat field correction for most imaging applications.

Assessing cardiac activity with high-content analysis: quantitating dynamic calcium flux and contractility with Cytiva™ Plus Cardiomyocytes and IN Cell Analyzer
Describes the use of high-content analysis to study intracellular calcium dynamics and contractility of Cytiva Plus Cardiomyocytes. IN Cell Analyzer was used to study drug effects on the intracellular calcium dynamics and contractility of Cytiva Plus Cardiomyocytes. Bright field imaging was also explored as a label-free alternative to fluorescent calcium indicators for the measurement of cell morphology and beat rate. Close
Live-cell population studies and live multiwell cell tracking experiments with IN Cell Analyzer 6000 high-content analysis system
We study the performance of IN Cell Analyzer 6000 in a range of cell viability and cell cycle assays and demonstrate the advantages of this laser based line-scanning confocal imager over a conventional wide-field high-content imaging system. The data show that variable confocal imaging in each fluorescence channel allows you to optimize for speed and resolution in challenging high-content multiplex assays. A precise automated stage coupled with use of an environmental chamber also makes IN Cell Analyzer 6000 suitable for long-term kinetic imaging of cell populations by enabling multi- or single-well cell tracking experiments to be performed over extended incubation periods.
